What's that old saying? I think it needs updating...
Float like a butterfly.. sting like a bee... BE TRANSPARENT LIKE JELLYFISH.

A days work.
Something just doesn't feel right when you get back to working out as a regular part of your routine after being sedentary as long as I have (I was fairly active, just enough to stay around a healthy weight). I lost a lost of good, important muscle in the left half of my body, which makes perfect sense.
So today I did back and lower body along with a couple if great core workouts that are helping me slowly even back out. It literally feels like my body is twisting itself back into a more natural position. Very strange, yet gratifying sensation.
I also ate very well:
Banana, orange, and nuts for breakfast.
Followed by a cobb salad for lunch...
A Vega pre-workout supplement 1 scoop and two glasses of water ~9oz
Vega protein recovery shake right after he workout.2 scoops
I rode my longboard about 10 blocks as well. Ran up and down two flights of stairs here in my building 4 times (unloading car and taking out trash).
I think there was more data to log today, but as you can see this is a very unofficial first post.
Thanks for tuning in,
Jsp

Staying up late on weeknights - strict structured sleep schedule 7.5 hours of sleep per night starting at 1030 weeknights & sunday.

Role Models
Something I realized recently is how much I appreciate role models. We all have them, and we all have many of them. It can be someone you don't know very well at all, or someone you don't even like. A role model can even be someone that looks to you as a role model in return. What's important is that they have some quality about them that you desire. Here's to role models, and here's to people who don't put other people down, judge or take for granted the people that look up to them. *cheers*
