A days work.

Something just doesn't feel right when you get back to working out as a regular part of your routine after being sedentary as long as I have (I was fairly active, just enough to stay around a healthy weight). I lost a lost of good, important muscle in the left half of my body, which makes perfect sense.

So today I did back and lower body along with a couple if great core workouts that are helping me slowly even back out. It literally feels like my body is twisting itself back into a more natural position. Very strange, yet gratifying sensation.

I also ate very well:
Banana, orange, and nuts for breakfast.

Followed by a cobb salad for lunch...

A Vega pre-workout supplement 1 scoop and two glasses of water ~9oz

Vega protein recovery shake right after he workout.2 scoops

I rode my longboard about 10 blocks as well. Ran up and down two flights of stairs here in my building 4 times (unloading car and taking out trash).

I think there was more data to log today, but as you can see this is a very unofficial first post.

Thanks for tuning in,
Jsp
