First run log.

Total miles ran: 4.5 mi
Time: 45 minutes (2 quick water breaks, didnt have a bottle on me)

Minor Cooldown Stretching

"Tex Mex" from the Woodbury Cafe - Eggs, Sausage, Hashbrowns and salsa for lunch.

I have developed a pain in the exterior/outer half of my foot (next to the arch, but not the heel), so I am going in to check out this store in downtown saint paul called "Run for Fun" where I hear they have special methods and tools to measure your gait and thus find the best "fit."

Next workout is on Monday... whish me luck. I need to start eating more!

Breakfast. Saturday January 30, 2010.

Goal for the day: Complete basic cardio requirements for the day.
Activity: Running.

1/2 box raspberries (3-4oz)
1 small orange
1 mug Wheaties Fuel
16 oz. water

Current Weight: 160 lbs.
Height: 6''1"
Overall Health Level: Average - due to a lack of exercise & slouching my habit of working on thet computer far too much (8+ hrs/day average, probably more like 12, but I'm just guessing right now) create a general fatigue / fogginess.

Long Term Goal: Gain 10-20 lbs. muscle mass mainly strengthening my core muscles at first. Better posture, more energy overall.
