"Tex Mex" from the Woodbury Cafe - Eggs, Sausage, Hashbrowns and salsa for lunch.
I have developed a pain in the exterior/outer half of my foot (next to the arch, but not the heel), so I am going in to check out this store in downtown saint paul called "Run for Fun" where I hear they have special methods and tools to measure your gait and thus find the best "fit."
:)
Next workout is on Monday... whish me luck. I need to start eating more!
